I created a block template and now I'd like to edit it. I searched for the "template gallery" cited here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-and-manage-block-templates/ but I do not find it...
Any suggestion?

Yeah… it might not be the most intuitive way to actually edit this @Enrico Di Cesare EXT 👀
Potentially, they will add links to space or global Confluence administration so you could edit those from there as well 🤔
I guess it's still a relatively new feature, so it might need some polishing. If you do have suggestion for it, you/your Confluence admin can reach out to Atlassian Support and discuss it with them (if you're on a paid plan) 🎟️
