Hi,
Space administrator is able to add customer to space but not add the customer to the organisation within the space. Is there a limitation for this?
Appreciate some help here!
@Annie Tay - It could be one of two limitations, yes!
In JSM, if the organization is added to any other JSM spaces, then a jira admin has to add the customer to the organization as if it is part of multiple spaces, it is considered a “global” item.
If you’re using customer service management, note that only portal-only accounts can be added to organizations (unless Atlassian has fixed this but this was my experience when first testing it)
@Annie Tay May i ask you what is the error your space admin is getting while adding the cusotmer?
