Hi Team,
Is there a way in Jira to create a report where I can see how many profiles were created by the recruiter in Jira. I can select yesterday's date to see how many profiles were created yesterday. Is there any free plugin which can help me create the custom reports.

Hi @Priyadarshini R
You don't need a plugin for this, a saved filter and a dashboard gadget cover it.
"Who created the profile" is the Reporter field, unless your project has its own Recruiter user field. Start with a filter for the day you want, e.g. yesterday: project = REC AND created >= startOfDay(-1) AND created < startOfDay()
project = REC AND created >= startOfDay(-1) AND created < startOfDay()
For any other date use fixed dates instead: created >= "2026-09-05" AND created < "2026-09-06". Save it as a filter.
created >= "2026-09-05" AND created < "2026-09-06"
Then on a dashboard add the Issue Statistics gadget pointing at that filter with Statistic Type = Reporter (or your Recruiter field). That gives you one row per recruiter with the count for that day. If you also want a breakdown by stage or issue type, use Two Dimensional Filter Statistics with Reporter on one axis instead.
There is no date picker on a native dashboard, so changing the day means editing the filter's dates (or just running the JQL in the issue search and grouping the list view by Reporter). If you want a running view instead, the Created vs. Resolved gadget shows daily creation counts over the last weeks, but without the per-recruiter split.
If editing the filter every day gets old, a pivot gadget solves it in one table. Disclaimer: I work for Plugio, the vendor of Multi-Dimensional Pivot Table, which is free. Point it at project = REC AND created >= -30d, put Reporter on rows and Created (grouped by day) on columns, and you get every recruiter's daily count for the month without touching the filter again.
project = REC AND created >= -30d
Hi @Habib__Plugio__
I have installed the Multi Dimensional Pivot Table but I am unable to selected multiple Jira spaces. Also I need a table where I can see the REQID STATUS and other columns in one view.
Two separate things there:
Multiple projects: the Project dropdown is single-select on purpose. Leave it on All Projects and put the projects in the Filter box next to it, e.g. project in (REC, HR). That box takes any JQL, so you can also add created >= -30d there.
project in (REC, HR)
created >= -30d
Table with REQID, Status and other columns: the pivot only shows counts, it doesn't list issues. Clicking any number in it opens that group in the Jira issue search, where the columns are whatever you have configured there.
For a permanent list on the dashboard, use Jira's built-in Filter Results gadget: point it at your saved filter and pick the columns (Key, Status, Reporter, Created, plus any custom fields). Put it under the pivot on the same dashboard and you get counts on top, the detail list below.
Hi
I have selected "All Projects" and in the Filter I have used this JQL
project IN (AAEINT, ADA, ADEROOM, ADEXT, ADOFFSHORE, AI, AIPOD, AIR, AIT, AJIFR, ALASKAEXT, ALASKAOFFSHORE, AM1, AM2, AM3, AOEBD, APR, ASSETLOST, ATRMPFIA, IDOFFEXT, FIDOFFSHORE, FIDONCHAEXT, FIDONINT, FIRSTDATA, FISERVEXT, ) AND issuetype = Candidate AND created >= startOfDay()
AND created < endOfDay()
ORDER BY created DESC but in the table the list of projects are not coming it is only showing unassigned. Please refer to the screenshot attached.
