Where can I update phone number for my profile in JSM for on-call
Hi Aldo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
On the left menu, click on the 3 dots menu beside the Operations menu option and choose General configuration. Then click on Role assignment on the left. Search for you name and click on it. Then you can update your information there.
For JSM on-call, your phone number is managed from the Operations configuration rather than from your normal Atlassian profile.
You can usually update it by going to:
Operations → General configuration → Role assignments
Then:
Search for your name.Open your profile/role assignment.Update your contact information, including your phone number.
If you don’t see the option to edit it, you may need the appropriate Operations/on-call permissions, so an admin might need to update it for you.
