Help in recovering an old Jira board

Question

Dears,

Can anyone help me with recovering an old Jira board located under the https://vosslohag.atlassian.net/?

I am not the admin of the board in question, but was a member of it. When I try to open it, it says

Page unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable. The board was a team-managed software project. If there is any way to save its raw data, that would be also helpful. Thanks!!

Hi,

As of my knowledge, the last activity was around 2025 april/may. The owner of the board left the company.

Hi @Göblyös Cintia Laura

If your instance is still down you can contact the atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Göblyös Cintia Laura

When was the last time you used your site? Jira. Because if you have been inactive for some time Atlassian would have sent you an email to remind you that if you remain inactive your site will be deleted.

If you have been active on the site it could be a problem from Atlassian's end.

Please let us know which scenario applies to you.

Best,

Fadoua
