Hi Surbi,

If you have ScriptRunner installed then the Behaviours feature will help you to mark the fields it supports as mandatory on screens.

@Surbhi Sharma  As stated by @Nikola Perisic  you may not have the jira/site admin rights, so make the field required/optional you need to have admin rights, and you need to reach out to your jira admin for this.

Hi @Surbhi Sharma

Field configuration is not removed. It's accessible by all Jira admins. If you need to add a specific field that is mandatory to a work item type, you also need a field configuration scheme.
