Atlassian Cloud vs. Atlassian Data Center

What are the differences between both with regard to giving access to guests?

Thank you, Silke

Welcome @Silke Fröndhoff

Unlike Atlassian Cloud (which supports free external guests with specific space limitations), Confluence and Jira Data Center treat anyone with global application access as a fully licensed user.

Thanks! Is it correct that guests cannot see the profile of others in Atlassian Cloud?

Correct: Yes, guest users have heavily restricted access to user lists and profiles in Cloud products like Confluence and Jira.
