Re-instate closed account

Looks like our account was closed due to inactivity -- the company went through a period with no developer, so the emails were not responded to in a timely manner.

 

Is there anyway to get the data back? I can't create a support ticket, because the URL isn't found due to the deletion.

Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Brad Twining 

log into the Atlassian admin account and check:

admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive

If you can't do there nothing I think your site is gone.
