If you want to stop notifications only for you, the most direct way is to remove yourself from the watchers on the request:

Additionally, you can go to your Jira Personal Settings and deactivate the corresponding notifications:

Finally, if you're a Space Administrator, you can set the notification scheme so these notifications to be sent only to the assignee and reporter:

Personal settings → General → Watch your work items or just unwatch ticket https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/

Also depending on space configuration and notification settings it may involve Space Admin because of notification scheme.
