I understand that you are adding only the "test" text just for tryinh the behaviour. I checked in a test environment and I can't reproduce the error.
It seems a temporary glitch. Could you try with another browser and cleaning your browser cache?
I can't find any other reason.

ya i tried using a completely different browser and cleared cache. issue persisted I certainty hope is a temporary glitch because i couldn't find anything wrong on my main template as well.
Please try in another jira space if it occurs the same and also in a new test space
Hi @Matteo Vecchiato ,I've exhausted all method which includes creating another space and customer experience. Still the same. SignAt the same time, could you enlighten me the master template that i've created vs the email notification that i've received upon a ticket creation.
