I have requests on the portal from which the customer can change the status.
This action imply a comment pop up. Is there a way to avoid this?
For example, here, clicking on "In lavorazione" transition, I get the following pop up:

Check your workflow for that transition. You have a screen associated to it.
Do you need this pop-up to be disabled for customer and agent?
Sorry, it can be disable only for Agents.
