Hi,

I wonder if there is any guidance demonstrating that under what circumstances the ticket needs to be re-reviewed? 

We got an signed-off open-source project which is ready to launch publicly, but we added a new content in the README.md file. Do we need to re-review it?

If the project was already signed off and the only change is additional content in README.md, I’d first check whether the new content changes anything covered by the original review.

Generally, documentation-only changes may not require a full re-review, but changes involving licensing, dependencies, functionality, attribution, or distribution could be different. The safest approach is to compare the update with your organization’s open-source review policy and, if there’s any uncertainty, confirm with the original reviewer before launch.
