I currently saw Jira team has changed their status to Investigating. Let's wait for the confirmation.

Pretty poor however when users are submitting tickets 30+ mins ago
* Online support is saying no issue - submit a ticket

* Status portal shows no issues

but

after about 15 mins down detector starts showing a spike

and approx 35 mins in, Atlassian starts to publish they have an issue,
