My account was deactivated end of July, 2026. I just recognised.
What can I do to reactivate the account or at least download the data?

If the options in the link @Dan Breyen provided can't help you out, then take the following steps:
If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.
In your description, please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post so the agent has all the context.

I just opened a ticket and added the email notification a the deactivation and two spaces I used. I still hope for a happy end and do not understand why I didn't read the notification...
