buenas como hago para realizar un proyecto con scrum? no me deja elegir con que trabajare. hay q pagar de ser asi me explican?

Scrum templates are fully available on the Jira Cloud Free plan. If they are missing, it is likely a permission or navigation issue.

¿Es nuevo en el uso de la aplicación Jira? Si es así, le resultará útil la formación gratuita bajo demanda disponible a través del enlace "Learning" (Aprendizaje) situado en la parte superior de las páginas de la comunidad.
Con una suscripción gratuita a la aplicación, puede crear proyectos y gestionar elementos de trabajo en ellos. Existen limitaciones funcionales, pero se incluyen las funciones básicas.

Para crear un nuevo proyecto con un tablero Scrum:
1. Haga clic en el símbolo "+" situado junto a "Spaces" (Espacios) en el panel de navegación de la izquierda.
2. Si no ve la plantilla Scrum mostrada por defecto, haga clic en la opción "Software development" (Desarrollo de software) dentro de la lista de categorías de la izquierda.
3. Seleccione la plantilla Scrum.

With a Free subscription to the application you can create projects and manage work items in them. There are limitations on functionality, but that basic functionality is included.
If you want to reference the Atlassian documentation here is the home page for topics related to creating and managing projects.
To create a new project with a scrum board:
1. Click the "+" symbol next to Spaces in the navigation panel on the left.
2. If you don't see the Scrum template displayed by default then click on the "Software development" option in the list of Categories on the left.
3. Select the Scrum template.
If you are not seeing the Scrum template as an option, please provide a screen image of what you do see.
