Internal notification "A work item is created" email stop coming through

Question

Hi Team,

We had an internal notification setup for our team so that an email gets send out when a new work item is created by end user. But today all of the sudden, it stops showing up.

Is there any logs I should check to see why the email stop all of the sudden today?

Hey Kelvin,

I have seen two such posts in Community in the last few minutes, which usually means something is going on with Jira. There is no notification as such yet but you should keep an eye out on the status page: https://status.atlassian.com/

Also, you might want to open a support ticket now in case they are not aware and there is a problem.
