Please cancel my subscription and delete my account

Question

Hello,

I accidentally created this Atlassian account and do not intend to use Jira or any other Atlassian services.

I tried to delete my account, but I received a message saying that I cannot delete it because I am the last billing admin of an account with an active subscription.

Could you please help me:

1. Cancel any active trial or subscription associated with my account.
2. Make sure that I will not be charged any fees.
3. Delete my Atlassian account after the subscription is cancelled.

And even when I go in to deactivate it, I can't deactivate it.!!!!

I did not intend to create a paid subscription.

When you get there, choose "Billing" as the topic, then something like "Cancel my subscription" — that routes it straight to their billing team, who can also help with the account deletion once the subscription's cancelled.

If you want to try the self-service route first: go to admin.atlassian.com, log in with the account tied to the subscription, and look for "Billing" in the left-hand menu. If you don't see that option at all, it likely means you're not listed as a billing admin, in which case Support is your only path, so the link above is the way to go.

Thank you for your help! 🙏 I’ve tried everything, but I still can’t find the cancellation option. Could you please tell me exactly where I should go or help direct me to the right support team? I’m worried about being charged. Thank you!
