User Access Admin Request

Question

Hi Team,

I'm a Project Admin for the new Jira Cloud site (nw-prod.atlassian.net) and need to onboard additional users.

When attempting to add users, I receive the following message:

"You don't have permission to invite people to platform. Contact your admin for more information."

Could you please grant me User Access Admin permissions (or Organization Admin if required) for this Jira Cloud organization so I can manage user invitations and access?

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.

Note that this is a public forum mainly consisting of end users (like myself).

Also, this is a request for your internal IT and/or Atlassian Organization Admin(s) so I'd suggest reaching out to them via some of the internal channels you might have for these kind of requests. 👈

If you have an internal service desk, IT department email, or a manager, they can probably guide you in the right direction. 👀
