I have technical issues when I login with my email address

Question

I tried to get into the Jira (adeogroup.atlassian.net) with my company email  (ancor.morales@leroymerlin.es) but it won’t let me.

This is quite extrange because I always had access to the platform without problems.

My colleagues have sent me an invitation for the project, I have closed and opened a session and yet it still does not work.

I really appreciate it if you could help with it.

@dirk I contacted with my colleagues who has sent me an invitation for joining the project. However, it didn´t work.

Going by the screenshot it looks like someone might have removed your license so you no longer have access. This doesn't really seem like a technical but more a configuration issue.

I'd suggest to contact the admin of the site directly (or your local IT/whoever manages the site) and have the validate your access on the site itself
