Space admin access needed for creating forms

Question

I am unable to create forms , it keeps asking for space admin access .

My admin has confirmed i have it , but i am unable to still create any.

Can you pls guide how can i get this permission ? I want to use the free version of JIRA service management.

On a Free site, Administer spaces permissions are usually assigned by default and aren't configurable like on paid plans. However, Org or Site Admin permissions alone do not grant JSM product access. Without an active JSM agent seat, key service project administration features won't be available.

JSM Free includes up to 3 agents. Have your admin confirm that your account has explicit JSM product access assigned, and not only Admin role.
