Ad Platforms Support Intake form

Hi!

When I traffic creative in Mission Control, and then fill out the Ad Platforms Support Intake form, I click the submit button at the bottom, and it keep sending me to the screen attached, in the order of me clicking.  This has been going on for weeks.  Sometimes, I actually get to a different screen that says it doesn't recognize the email that I'm using. (I'm obviously already logged in)

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.
