Question

Hello,

I would like to request your assistance in recovering the projects and data that were previously associated with my account in Jira.

Specifically, I am trying to recover the information and projects that were available under the following Jira project:

https://programacion-hg.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/PTAR/list

Could you please let me know if it is possible to restore or recover the projects, tasks, issues, and other information that was previously available in my account?

HI @Servicios _2

Welcome to the community.

When is the last time you have used to Confluence instance and is this a free instance?

Are you the org admin of the instance and can you access the admin section of the instance on admin.atlassian.com?

Otherwise reach out to the instance admin or your IT department if this is a company site.

If you can't reach out to an admin or otherwise raise a support request via this LINK  (you need to be an admin to raise a request)

Hello @Servicios _22,

That depends on how the data was deleted.

To avoid distracting you with additional information, I recommend you contact support.atlassian.com

We are community members like you, and this is a public community forum, so we cannot give you a definitive answer.

Best,
