Error with incorrect payment credit card number account

I have a pending bill from May 2026 with this information:

IN-EU-002-868-958
NO PAGADAS
1 may 2026
USD 18.15
Tarjeta de crédito
•••• •••• •••• XXXX

It is with a credit card that is no more valid, so I change it to a valid one but it is actually not changing the charging credit card.

How can this be fixed?

If you've already added the new credit card but the subscription/invoice is still associated with the previous card, I would first check which payment method is linked to the relevant billing profile/subscription.

In Atlassian's improved billing experience, you can go to.

admin.atlassian.com/billing -> select the billing account -> Billing profiles ->Manage -> Change payment method
