my free plan has been deactivated. how can i recover things Confluence and Jira ?

It depends how long you have not accessed your site and when it was deactivated. A fellow Champion wrote this Community article on the subject, explaining what happens, when and what you can do to get things restored (if you are still on time) and how to prevent this from happening in the future.
