I have received this mail and I would like to activate my free plan , I have a lot of data there !
please help me

You will no longer be able to access this app, and any data associated with this app will be permanently deleted soon. This does not affect any other apps that you are actively using.

We'll also deactivate any subscriptions to Atlassian Marketplace apps associated with this subscription, including those from any Marketplace Partners.

When did you receive this email? If it is recent you will be able to reactivate. If it has been some time then it is a problem.

Try to login to your site and make sure to follow any steps required by Atlassian.

Don't worry, your data isn't gone yet. The email says the app is being deactivated, not that data has been permanently deleted. You still have a window to act.

Important: Your data is retained for 15 days after deactivation on Free plans. After that, it's permanently deleted and can't be recovered. So act quickly!

Here's how to reactivate:

Option 1 — From Billing:

* Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing
* Select your billing account if you have more than one
* On the Subscriptions page, select the Inactive tab
* Find your Confluence subscription and select Reactivate
* Review your subscription details and select Continue
* Review billing details and select Confirm

Option 2 — Start a new trial on your existing site:

* Go to admin.atlassian.com
* Select your organization
* Go to Apps → Atlassian apps
* Select the app you want to add (Confluence)
* Choose your existing site and confirm

Option 3 — Contact Atlassian directly:

If neither option works, contact Atlassian support and mention you received the deactivation email and want to reactivate before data is purged.

Once reactivated, your data and preferences will be restored as long as you're within the 15-day retention window.
