I am unable to view my JIRA tickets

Hi. I am unable to view my JIRA Tickets

Here are the steps that I already tried but it still doesn't work.

 

• Try opening Jira in an incognito/private window
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser or network
• Confirm you’re logged in with the correct account and have access to the site

Please help. I also tried to contact support but it says they can't find my company URL.
