Jira Cloud loads a blank page (only sidebar icons visible) – Main content does not render

Hello Community and community members,

I'm experiencing an issue with Jira Cloud where the application doesn't load properly.

Environment
Jira Cloud
Browser: Google Chrome (Latest)
OS: Windows 11
Issue started recently

Problem:

When I open my Jira project, the page loads only partially.

What I can see:

"Skip to" accessibility links
Left sidebar icons
Atlassian logo
Collapse sidebar button

However, the entire main content area remains blank, and none of the project pages or issues load.

I've attached a screenshot below.

Troubleshooting already attempted
Hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R)
Cleared browser cache and cookies
Opened in Incognito mode
Disabled browser extensions
Tried another browser
Logged out and logged back in
Checked internet connection

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Could this be related to cached JavaScript, browser extensions, or Atlassian services?
Are there any browser console errors or network requests I should specifically look for?
Is there any recommended troubleshooting before contacting Atlassian Support?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Based on your screenshot, I don't think this is a standard browser cache problem. The "Skip to" links and unstyled navigation suggest some Jira frontend resources, like CSS or JavaScript, might not be loading correctly.

I recommend one more test before proceeding

Can you open the same Jira site from another device on a completely different network, for example a phone using mobile data with the corporate VPN disabled?

Also open Developer Tools → Network, reload Jira, and look for failed .js or .css requests. In particular, check whether requests to Atlassian frontend domains such as *.atl-paas.net are failing.
The Console may also show useful errors such as ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT, ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE, CORS errors, 403/407 responses or connection timeouts.

Also did you tried steps from here ?

That looks for me like something network based blocking traffic from Jira.
