I cannot login to Bitbucket

Question

I've tried everything now... disabled all the extensions, reset my password. I just don't know what to do to login to bitbucket now, I keep getting this message:

We couldn’t log you in

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

Hi

Your account was marked DORMANT since 2018 due to a long period of inactivity. I've just re-activated your account, so you should be able to login now.

You may also have de-activated workspaces (if you were the creator of any) targeted during a recent free workspace cleanup - you can re-activate these by following this link:

Atlassian support seeing this should be able to enable it again. Or the community champions/managers can flag this.
