https://xray.statuspage.io/ - indicates that no incidents are open currently. Have you tried in incognito mode as well. Does everything else work on your Jira instance?

Try another browser or incognito window, if this helps, clear you cache and cookies.
Other question is Xray coverage enabled on this space, check with the space admin, or Jira admin

That error has been resolved and is in no relation to the testing board.
Only Test detail could have an issue.
If you think this is still related to your instance, reach out to Xray support.
Able to open xray testing board in mobile, this error is showing while opening in laptop edge browser. Tried with other browsers as well
If it opens in mobile, there is no issues, but if this is on browser it could be network related.
