Jira Cloud - Claude AI Integration

Hey Folks,

I am trying to connect Jira Cloud with Claude AI, but the following error has appeared.
I added the Atlassian Rovo Connector to Claude. When trying to connect, the attached screen appeared.

I checked the documentation; it seems that claude.ai domain is Atlassian-supported, so there is no need to add the domain in the Rovo MCP server section.

What else should I configure in Jira in order to connect them?

Do you have a Claude account with the same mail address, and I even think you need a Claude subscription.

The message relates to an OAuth issue, based on

Account mismatch (wrong Atlassian account)
IP restrictions
Mismatch on not being licensed on the product or permissions in the product

I have a Claude subscription; also, the emails for Claude and Cloud are the same.
Here is the screenshot; my user has access to all products.
