Issue Installing OKR Board App in Jira

Question

We are currently experiencing an issue installing the OKR Board app in our Jira instance.

Every time we attempt to install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace, the installation fails, and we receive the error shown in the attached screenshot.

As a result, we are unable to complete the installation or proceed with configuring the app.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or could you suggest what might be causing it and how it can be resolved? Thank you in advance.

This is related to your instance and this can only be addressed by Atlassian.

You need to raise an issue at Atlassian Support, you need to be in a admin role in your instance to raise issues at Atlassian (space admin doesn't apply here)

The message in your screenshot is quite generic, so it's difficult to determine the exact cause. A few things.

Try installing the app in an incognito/private browser window or a different browser to rule out a browser-related issue.
If the issue still persists, I suggest contacting Atlassian Support.
