Jira web access error for a specific project – Hash 15TMG3P

Hello,

One user cannot access a specific Jira project through the web interface.

Test results:
- Chrome: failed
- Edge: failed
- Chrome Incognito: failed
- Other Jira projects are accessible
- The same user can access the affected project using the Jira iPad app
- The PC and iPad use the same corporate Wi-Fi
- No VPN is used

Could an Atlassian team member check whether Hash 15TMG3P is related to
a known Jira Cloud web issue or escalate this for backend investigation?

In the meantime, here are a few workarounds you can try:

* Access directly via URL — Instead of navigating from the sidebar, try accessing your project, filter, or board directly through its URL.
* Clear your browser's site data — Open your browser's Developer Tools → Application → Clear site data, then reload the page.
* Remove and re-add the user — Try removing and re-adding the affected user to the project to see if that resolves the issue.

The error Hash 15TMG3P has recently been reported by multiple Jira Cloud users when opening boards or creating work items. The hash marks the general error category, while the unique Trace ID identifies your specific instance for backend logs.

If this is a company-managed software project, check the board URL—a similar hash error was caused by a missing /c segment in /jira/software/c/projects/....

If the URL is correct and the issue persists across different browsers and networks, Community members cannot resolve it from the hash alone. Atlassian Support will need your complete Trace ID, exact timestamp, timezone, and project key to inspect internal logs. I've flagged this to Atlassian for further investigation.

In addition to what @Ajay  _view26_  has already shared regarding the error hash and trace ID, I'd also suggest checking a few additional areas:

* Since the issue occurs only for this specific project and across multiple browsers (including Incognito), it is less likely to be a browser cache issue. However, it may still be worth clearing the browser cache/cookies for the Atlassian site and testing again.
* Check whether other users experience the same issue with this project. If it is isolated to a single user, that may help narrow the investigation toward permissions or user-specific access.

If the issue persists after these checks, Atlassian Support would be the best team to investigate further using the provided Hash and Trace ID.Regards,
