Restoring Jira Data due to account deactivation

Hello,

My Jira account was deactivated due to lack of usage, i have just realized now, and i was supposed to open the app before Jun 9, 2026

 

Is there a possbile way to restore the data back, there are lot of important information i have lost.

Welcome to the community.

If you are referring to your Jira subscription that has become deactivated due to inactivity, with the timeframe you specified your data might  already been permanently deleted by Atlassian and they can no longer retrieve it.
