A site maintenance happening for days and not going back online is not a normal behavior.
Checking on some internal tools at first, I can't see any outage for your site or something indicating it is unaccessible, and the maintenance window shouldn't last that long.
Since we don't have the necessary tools to troubleshoot the site from the community post and ask for the data access there, we have raised a ticket on your behalf.

According to this
There are no incidents on Confluence. If you are having the error where it says that your site is not available, this is usually due to inactivity from your side and Atlassian automatically deactivates these sites.
It says it's due to maintenance, not an error.

Atlassian can do this to do some patches or bug fixed. It usually gets resolved quickly. Wait for some time and try again.
We haven't been able to access our account for days. Could you please tell us how much longer this will last?
