Is this Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center?
What Jira version are you running?
What Testmo version are you using?
Does the error appear immediately after clicking Connect to Jira, or later in the integration process?
Are there any related entries in atlassian-jira.log (for Data Center) or the browser’s Developer Tools (Console/Network)?
If you’re using Jira Cloud, is the integration based on OAuth 2.0, an API token, or a Personal Access Token?
