A filter for linked issues

I would like to know how to write a filter so that I can see return a result of all issues that have linked issues resolved. This is not related to a specific issue, but all issues. Is this possible?

This is not possible on onDemand. In downloaded version, there are a few plugins like the JQL Tricks plugin.
