Published page cannnot be edited due to offline error, please advise.

Anyone can help with the below error. An published page cannot be edited due to the error "Looks like you’re offline. Any changes you make will be automatically saved. Some features will be unavailable."

Thank you for your reply. From my observation, this issue tends to occur when the folder is restricted to my access only. Once the page is moved to a public space, it works as expected.

Have you confirmed that you have internet connectivity?

Have you tried refreshing the page?

Are you the only user experiencing this issue with your Confluence site?

How long have you been experiencing problems? Were you previously able to edit pages without getting this message?

Have you tried the same actions in a private browser window?

Have you reported this problem to your Confluence administrators?
