I want to be notified if someone is accessing my space but is unable to do so because of access issue

On top of what Thorsten said, which is the case where the user does have a Confluence license but just not a space permission, there's an option (for Org admins) to configure app access requests > see Approve or deny app access requests 🔐

The default process is like this: when users try to access a restricted space, they should be presented with a screen like this:
A click on Ask for access should then notify the space administrator(s).
