Newly added comments disappear automatically due to a bug.

Could you elaborate a bit more? Is this in specific cases or what do you expect the bug to be?
If you are really sure it is a bug then i'd suggest raising it with support through the contact page at https://support.atlassian.com/contact allowing an Atlassian support engineer to take a look and troubleshoot with you.
