I received a prompt to access my confluence site to avoid deactivation and found this waiting for me:

Only community support is available for the free plan.

What should I do next?

PS: I hope you're not using a reverse proxy because then it's pretty normal behavior 🤔👍

Hello,

It's not a concern if the issue is temporary; however, I'll start worrying if it lasts longer than 1-2 days.

Then we can escalate it to support. Just let us know. AWS Cloud sometimes have Hickups 🤧
