Do you need help opening a ticket with Atlassian Support, or are you looking to troubleshoot the Oracle authentication issue here in the Community?
If you'd like to brainstorm here, could you share whether you're using Jira Cloud or Data Center, the exact error message, and where Oracle is integrated (like SSO, Assets, or an app)? Knowing if this worked previously or is a brand-new setup will also help point you in the right direction
