I am troubleshooting an issue in Advanced Roadmaps for Jira and would appreciate any guidance.
Problem
In my Plan, some Epics are missing, even though:
- They can be found in the issue hierarchy under the related Feature
- They can be found in the filter search result
- Similar Epics are displayed correctly in the same Plan
（CHK-30 ZERO FOUND IN PLAN）
Source filter used by the Plan
( project = PMO AND issuetype in (Initiative, Capability, Feature) AND component in ( "CHK Digital Transformation", "CHK Enterprise Applications", "CHK Security & Compliance", "CHK Infrastructure", "CHK PMO", "CHK Data & Analytics" ) ) OR ( project = "CHK IT" AND issuetype in (Epic, Story, Task, Bug) AND labels in (CHK-BRM, CHK-IT) )
Is there a recommended way to troubleshoot missing issues in a Plan when the filter logic appears correct?
