As per my understanding, this issue might be due to syntax conflicts, payload mismatches, or missing API permissions.

Would you mind trying the below steps:

1. Ensure all filter fields match exactly with the field names in the TDM schema.
   Note: case-sensitivity is common issue.
2. Use ACCELQ Debug Mode when executing tests to temporarily halt the process and observe the precise JSON or XML payload that the plugin transmits to the server.
3. When using the plugin to access native TDM REST APIs
   (such as POST {accelqLoginUrl}/awb/api/...), ensure that the necessary tenant parameters and action IDs are accurately provided, as outlined in the ACCELQ Fetch Action Details.
4. Verify that the user account linked to the plugin token possesses the appropriate privileges to access and retrieve the data repository from the TDM module.
