I would like to ask you if you also have a problem with your jJMWE automation. I have a lot of automations that don’t work, and the worst part, I don’t know why, paticularly the automation with the parent child ticket updates

right now i saw this error on my workflow log : 
JMWE Cloud – "Failed to access addon settings" error  =>( Copy issue fields or set issue field)
