Unable to import CSV with a multi-select field.

Question

I am trying to bulk import via CSV.  One of my fields is a custom multi-select field with mapped values.  Every line of the CSV that has multiple values for the multi-select field errors with:  [ You cannot specify 'None' as an option together with other options ]

The documentation says:

And my CSV looks like this:

I've spent a half a day now trawling Google and these community pages with no luck on a solution.  I cannot see a fix unless in frustration I change the field type to a 'labels' type but I'd rather not.  Any ideas?

@Sandy Greenberg -- Sorry for the delay in responding as I was offline for a bit.

If the sample file you show has that error /symptom and all of the choices are valid options (including "All Major Platforms"), I do not know what would cause this.

If you are on a paid license level, I recommend working with your Jira Product Admin to submit a ticket to Atlassian Support at the link below.  (Only Product Admins and Org Admins can submit tickets.)

One more thing to check...

You show an image of your CSV file in some spreadsheet tool.  When you view the plain text of the actual CSV file, does it contain None values for the empty ones, or nothing (i.e., just the comma separators)?
