Recently (we're not sure how recent, maybe the last two months) we're finding that we cannot add attachments to comments in Jira tickets when we edit the comments.
Instead it gives the message "We couldn't save your comment It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor."
From other searching on the issue, I've seen mention of an attachment size issue, but that is not the case here.
To get to this point all I did was open an existing comment, go to Add Image, video, or file, and upload a 259KB docx file and press save.
