There is not Georgia, To choose in Billing Country Address list options.

Checked it too. Weird, but definitely there is no Georgia in list. Asked Atlassian support for assistance. But also it will be a good move to create support ticket. Usually, billing tickets are processed very fast.https://support.atlassian.com/
