I am using Confiforms (Cloud) to submit Jira requests. When a user submits the form, the Jira ticket is successfully created. However, the Jira ticket number is not displayed back to the user after submission. After troubleshooting, I noticed the issue is related to an IFTTT rule that deletes the Confiform entry: * When the IFTTT delete rule is enabled, the Jira ticket number is not shown * When I remove the delete rule, the Jira ticket number is displayed correctly Question: Is there a way to: * Keep the IFTTT rule that deletes the Confiform entry, and * Still display the created Jira ticket number back to the user after submission?

Set result name for the ConfiForms IFTTT macro that creates a Jira issue (let's say JIRA). It will store there the issue key it has created In the FormView (Registrations Control) macro, in the "success message" parameter you can access that "result" (using [iftttResult_JIRA])

i didn't find the alternative way to display the ticket now back. without keeping confiform entry should exists. Can you suggest?

I am using Confiforms (Cloud) to submit Jira requests. When a user submits the form, the Jira ticket is successfully created.

However, the Jira ticket number is not displayed back to the user after submission.

I haven't worked much with ConfiForms and Alex from Vertuna (app vendor) will probably chime in, but you could also reach out to them directly via one of the listed support channels. 👈

I believe they are usually quite responsive there, so you should be able to get assistance in no time.

With the below combination it was working on DC env, however we moved to cloud and this breaks.

because there is no record to take this data from... it might be you can reference the IFTTT result (not the [entry.filed_name])...

basically what I was trying to ask, to make sure HOW you do it at the moment (to suggest a possible alternative)
