unble to re-register URL

Question

Good afternoon.

we would like to access dianet.atlassian.net (again)

1. when i browse to this URL i cannot acces it as it seems to be unavailable

2. when i try to (re) register the URL we get the message the URL is already taken.

can you advise me what to do?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, I would suggest please raise a ticket with Atlassian support team and they will figure it out for you.

If the account is deactivated or if there are any other issues they can check it from their end.

I just tried your suggestion.  but is still gives me the same messages

Can you just clear the cache once and try and also try browsing the same in incognito mode once, hope it works.
