Need guidance in implementation of the Jira

Hello Team,

I have started using Jira to create a project for scheduling and documentation purposes. However, I am experiencing some difficulties with granting access to the appropriate team members, and I am not entirely sure how to manage permissions within the tool.

I would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a meeting with the appropriate person to walk me through the access setup and help me better understand Jira’s functionality.

This is a user community populated mostly by other customers that use the Atlassian products. There are some Atlassian partners who also participate who might respond, or independent consultants that might reach out to offer services.

Besides that you have a few options available.

1. Leverage the free, on-demand training available from the Learning link at the top of the Community pages. You can search based on product, topic, and/or knowledge level. 
2. Review the available documentation on managing user access and permissions.
3. Open a support case with Atlassian to ask for assistance addressing the specific problem you are encountering.
4. Consider reaching out to an Atlassian Solution Partner to contract for consulting services. There is a directory of partners available that you can search by geographic regions and service specializations - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/
